For three decades, Chabad of North Hollywood has been a vital fixture of Jewish life in the East Valley. A warm and welcoming synagogue is only where it begins, extending from there to a full range of outreach, educational and social service programs serving the greater community. Whether it’s a Hebrew School, camp or youth groups for kids; classes, lectures and JLI courses for adults; weekly Oneg Shabbat and one-on-one visitation programs for seniors; holiday street festivals, family outings, Passover Seders and themed celebrations for folks of all ages; Chabad of North Hollywood brings the joys and depths of “Yiddishkeit” to life in colorful and dynamic fashion. It also discreetly offers food and shelter provisions for the needy, counseling for the troubled, and comfort to the infirmed and the bereaved.
