NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION TO PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN 500 FT RADIUS

To All Property Owners within a 500-foot Radius,
Pursuant to Condition No. 27, of City Planning Case No. ZA 2007-4635-CU ZV ZAA ZAI -1A, you are hereby given a 60-day notice of construction for the above-referenced Project. The 60-day period will begin on Wednesday, August 25, 2010 and terminate on October 25, 2010. Construction will begin on October 26, 2010, and continue until a projected completion date of January 16, 2012. A construction schedule is attached for your information in accordance to the afore noted Condition.
Construction and demolition operations will be restricted between the hours of 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and between and 8:00am to 6:00pm on Saturdays.
Unless otherwise noticed, construction activities will begin on October 26, 2010, as noted above. However, if said schedule is delayed or altered, an addendum to this notice will be mailed to all property owners within a 500-foot radius of the Project site. Please note that such an addendum regarding a change or delay to the attached schedule will not trigger a new 60-day waiting period, which is hereby satisfied in concurrence with the Department of City Planning.
